We are an authorized service center for warranty repairs for Braun, Remington and Wahl (shavers).  If your Norelco shaver is under warranty you will need to send it to them, call 1-800-243-3050

My product is under warranty, the date of purchase is I have enclosed a copy of the receipt showing the date of purchase.  There is no charge for covered warranty repairs and return shipping.  The cost for you to ship it to us is not covered under warranty.  Heads, screens and cutters are not covered by the warranty.
